Car stalled, lights went out. two more cars stalled. In ravine metallic elliptical shape 15 m. across, flourescent light, wobbled slightly. Took off at great speed straight line.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One elliptical, about 40 feet across, was observed in overcast weather by two witnesses, typical age 29, on a highway (Gironell). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 334: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
