Motorcycle rider saw bright light though was plane on fire. Faint whistle, aluminum craft 8m in diameter. Interior of cockpit figure. On ground two humanoids, 1m tall with large heads, collecting.
A flying disc was observed. One metallic disc, about 40 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed by one male 40-year-old witness in a forest for over 15 minutes (Angelu, Jose Luis). A whistling sound was heard. Three dwarves were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
