Nautical UFO. Luminous lens-shaped disc surged out of the sea, followed psychologist's car for 1000', ascended in burst of speed, shot out of sight.
An object was observed from a car. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One disc was observed by one female witness, an experienced observor, on the shore for two minutes (Bruno, Z). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
