EM: total electrical failure of car (Fiat 1500). Disc sweeps area with beam of light three times.Ground marks: three similar rings (6-8m diameter) with three V marks at external circle.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Traces found. One disc was observed by one male witness on a highway (Calle, Eduardo Ignacio). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 242: Reliable source,secondhand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
