Solid object, to the NNW, Witness felt fear, hovered at ground level.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One cream cone-shaped object, about 20 feet across, was observed by two female witnesses in a city (Daniel). A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
