Solid object with exhaust, moving northeast, UFO shape changed, 90 degree turn in flight, 180 degree turn in flight, swooped. Site photos on file.
An object was observed and videotaped. Dogs barked at the object. One multi-colored shifting-shape object was observed in cloudy weather by three experienced witnesses at a mountain for over 15 minutes (Carter). No sound was heard.
