Silent metallic 10 feet long beer keg-shaped object hugs rough terrain in flight up and down mountains.
A hovering object was observed. One metallic barrel-shaped object, about 10 feet across, was observed by three male witnesses, typical age 15, at a mountain for 18 seconds (Jones). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
