Occupant, solid structured object with dome, lights, and windows. Speed under 100 mph moving northeast, rotated on vertical axis, Witness(s) felt fear..
A hovering object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One multi-colored domed disc, about 20 feet across, was observed in cloudy weather by two female witnesses, typical age 10, at a camp for two minutes (Horne, J; Russell-Green). A humming sound was heard. One round-headed being was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
