Saw three lights, red, blue, white oscillating, moving east to west parallel with river. Then fourth, then fifth object, closer, cigar-shaped viewed through binoculars, gray at one end.
Objects were observed using optical instruments. Five gray cigar-shaped objects were observed in clear weather by two male witnesses, typical age 54, as reported to the police, on a river for 45 minutes (Prehm). No sound was heard.
