Radio frequency interference: car radio static. Odd red lights in sky, then two flat disc-shaped objects with three lights each descended close to car, maneuvered 10 minutes.
Hovering flying discs were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Two discs, larger than a star, were observed in cloudy weather by two male witnesses, typical age 24, at a lake for over 12 minutes (Landers).
