Hovering flying discs were observed using optical instruments. Two discs, about 80 feet across, were observed by several male witnesses, one of them an experienced observor, as reported to the police, at a lake for over four minutes (Daliz; Kahl; Krautheim; Smith). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
