Car lost power from 50 mph to 35 mph despite full throttle. Two orange-red oval lights at 300-400 yards distance.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Two red-orange oval objects, about 80 feet across, around 1500 feet away, were observed in clear weather by one male 24-year-old witness on a highway for 90 seconds (Stevens). No sound was heard.
