Police incident. Explanation: EM.

Like meteor, but then hovered 15 seconds. Bright, round light, size of full moon, 60 degrees high in northwest. Windstorm in progress, but light below clouds.


A hovering object was observed. Multiple independent witnesses.

One round object, the size of the moon, was observed in stormy weather by two male witnesses, typical age 29, as reported to the police, for over one minute.


Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights
Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky.
Vallee reliability rating: 332: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
