Falling leaf motion.
An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. Multiple independent witnesses. One object, larger than a star, was observed in clear weather by two male witnesses, typical age 52, for 12 seconds (Wainwright). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
