In 1953 Evening Detroit, Michigan, USA 
Riding on beam of red light in front of 12' brown flying boat with glass dome, man dressed in black coat like a priest's, slim body dark hair, "small long face." Viewed through binoculars.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One brown domed oval object, about 20 feet across, was observed by one female witness, an experienced observor, in a yard (Jungbert, E). No sound was heard.
