Aerial encounter, electromagnetic effects, steering loss, brilliant light, Physiological effects: impaired vision, altered surroundings. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One white disc, about 80 feet across, was observed by one male witness at a mountain (Lopez; Lopez Ojeda). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
