13 yr-old boy took three photos of dark disc with transparent dome. UFO circled area. Good photos according to APRO. Explanation: Hoax.
A flying disc was observed and photographed. One domed disc, about 20 feet across, was observed in clear weather by one male 14-year-old witness at an electric plant for five minutes (Brandenburg).
