Light seen on two previous nights, came out later (2300h) and closer to horizon. Faded, moved slowly around in irregular pattern.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One light was observed by several witnesses in a residential area for a few seconds (Swearingin). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
