12 witnesses saw 35-60 feet diameter disc-shaped object, came very near ( under 70m) car. Disc was spinning in place, just above trees. Electromagnetic effect: car headlights dimmed.
A flying disc was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One disc, about 40 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed by 12 male witnesses on a road for over three minutes. One 8-foot-tall giant was seen. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
