Coast Guardsmen incident.
Viewed with binoculars. Huge wheel at extreme altitude flew to the south. Had slow spin. An unidentified but otherwise conventional object was sighted. One wheel, of huge size, was observed by two male military witnesses on the shore for 45 minutes (Whiteley).
