In Spring 1970 21:30 Tronstadsletta, Norway 
Motorist saw strange object 7' diameter. Headlights of car went out as object paced car. After object broke away headlights functioned normally.
An object was observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One disc, about 10 feet across, was observed in snowy weather by more than five male witnesses in a swamp for a few seconds (Asene; Birkeland). No sound was heard.
