Physiological effects: UFO shot ray at 6-yr-old girl, burning over 50% of her body. USAF ambulance took girl from ambulance to Tinker AFB, then flew her somewhere. Fate unknown.
Men in black later interviewed witnesses. One ball was observed in cloudy weather by one female witness in a residential area (Smith). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE5: CE4 which results in permanent psychological injuries or death.
