Physiological effects: 13-yr-old boy saw two UFOs land in field behind police station. He touched one, then touched antenna and received electric shock, burn on hand. Investigators rated story reliable.
Physiological effects were reported. Two multi-colored oval objects, about 10 feet across, less than a foot away, were observed by one male 13-year-old witness on a farm (Cozens, C). A buzzing sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE5: CE4 which results in permanent psychological injuries or death.
