Electromagnetic effect: headlights died in two separate cars. Distant Nocturnal light in sky, shape indiscernable.
An object was observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. One light was observed by three witnesses, two of them an experienced observors, on a farm for over three minutes (Yaroslowski).
