Saucer flew down main street, jumped over school bus, landed on outskirts of town. four beings of small stature got out, seemed to make repairs, got back in, took off.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. Men in black later interviewed witnesses. One disc was observed by more than two male experienced witnesses, as reported to the police, in a city.
