Group of boys was saucer with transparent dome fly in and out of clouds for one minute. Dome turned.
A flying disc was observed. One domed disc was observed by a group of male children in a residential area for over one minute. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
