CIA incident.
CIA experiment. Telepathic communication via channeler. Ask to see disc, told to look out window, dark saucer seen. Call to radar facility showed radar blocked for that quadrant. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One dark disc was observed by three experienced male military witnesses in a city for five minutes (Friend).
