Close encounter with red flasher, swooped directly at witness, she heard what sounded like burst of derisive laughter. An object was observed. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One red object, about 20 feet across, was observed by one single female witness on the shore. A noise was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
