21 February 1968 Dusk Keats Island, British Columbia, Canada 
Nautical UFO. One object 60 feet above water, frosted yellow side lights with bright red light in middle, slid over and back across sky as if on rail."Big boat" lit up on water, shot 6 amber 4' balls of light up.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. Several objects were observed by one single female witness on the ocean (Niblett). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
