28 January 1968 Evening Keats Island, British Columbia, Canada 
Dark object with red and yellow lights at both ends, weaved from side to side, when it stopped 2-3 times the lights dimmed.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One dark oblong object was observed by one single female witness on the ocean (Niblett). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
