Avianca incident.
Light followed airliner in zigzag fashion, reacted to flashing landing lights.Avianca HK-1273, 20000 feet altitude, saw extremely bright intense white light, made 90 degree turn as detected by ground radar. An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. It zig-zagged through the air. One white light was observed in clear weather by five experienced witnesses at an airport for over three minutes (Ferreira, Gustavo; Jimenez). Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 322: Reliable source, firsthand; site visited by persons familiar with the phenomena; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
