Solid dark flat cylinder with faceted sides oscillates southwest rapidly to the northeast.
A hovering flying disc was observed. One dark cylinder was observed in clear weather by one female 67-year-old witness in a city for over one minute (Scailquin). Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
