Police incident.
50 feet disc flies from north rapidly to the south, stops over stadium, drops in altitude. Rises, then shoots rapidly to the south toward sea. A hovering flying disc was observed. One disc, about 80 feet across, was observed by two witnesses (as reported to the police) in a city for two minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
