Uneducated farmer working in field when saw intense white light zig-zagging toward him. Passed overhead at 15 m.
An object was observed. It zig-zagged through the air and buzzed a witness. One white light was observed by one male 55-year-old witness on a farm for two minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 133: Report attributed to a known source of unknown or uncalibrated reliability; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
