Citizen's Band club incident.
EM: all 23 channels on CB radio static. 45m glowing object passed. An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. One luminous object, about 150 feet across, was observed by one male 18-year-old witness at a mountain for over 15 minutes (Brawner; Jackson; Jacobs).
