ATC incident. Explanation: Coincidenc.
Radar visual confirmation. Pulsated, as object dimmed radar contact lost, as it brightened radar contact was re-established. An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. One green shifting-shape object was observed by one experienced male witness. Hynek rating: RR: Radar UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO.
