Woman saw red-orange object move toward her car, pass directly overhead. Lights dimmed, engine faltered. Object 42' diameter, surrounded by green haze.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One green ball, about 40 feet across, was observed by one female witness (De Blasi).
