Red and white object at treetop level, "screaming sound", television Radio frequency interference; police dogs howled.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Animal reactions to the objects were reported. Multiple independent witnesses. More than one red object was observed by two male witnesses, typical age 22, on a highway for over six minutes (Cameron; Isgrigg). A screaming sound was heard.
