35' diameter ovoid shaped object chased car, came back 40 minutes later. Physiological effect: conjunctivitis, eye pain. Electromagnetic effect: watch stopped.
An object was observed from a car. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One metallic ovoid object, about 40 feet across, was observed in overcast weather by two witnesses, a married couple, on a highway for ten minutes (Perez).
