Mist, fog, vapor.
An object was observed. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One light, around 300 feet away, was observed in clear weather by two male witnesses, typical age 25, in a yard (Howe). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
