Draftsman incident. Explanation: Hoax.
Abduction, 2 and short humanoids, language, amnesia, hypnosis used, message. Occupants of the craft were seen. An abduction of a witness was reported. One disc, about 600 feet across, was observed by two witnesses, typical age 28, on a road for over an hour (Scott; Taylor). A grey being was seen.
