Witness case A0582 saw yellow domed disk approach, hover. "tick-a-tick" sound. Inside transparent dome was visible a man standing at "wooden railing"
A hovering flying disc was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One yellow domed disc was observed by one female witness in a yard (Player). A ticking sound was heard.
