Bright pulsating orange ball descended, circled by four smaller balls. Large UFO became elongated and vanished. One minute later light flash and all were gone.
Hovering objects were observed. Five orange shifting-shape objects were observed in clear weather by one experienced male witness on the ocean for two minutes (Tsekhanovich). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 443: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
