Lasting physiological effects: burns.Photo of round glowing device 45 altitude. Witness (newsman) received burns on his face and hands from the close encounter.
Physiological effects were reported. One luminous round object was observed by one male 36-year-old witness on a highway for 12 seconds (Schedelbauer). A noise was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE5: CE4 which results in permanent psychological injuries or death.
