Triangular luminous object flashing red, green, white lights. Came to within 150 yards, passed overhead. 3-4 beings moving about inside it, viewed through 40xtelescope.
A hovering object was observed and photographed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One multi-colored triangle was observed in clear weather by one male 25-year-old witness at an electric plant for 40 minutes (Coniglio). A silhouetted being was seen. Freddy Coniglio, 25, saw a triangular luminous object outlined in flashing red, green, and white lights; he estimated it came within 150 yards, and then passed overhead, with no sound. It remained visible for 40 minutes. Inspecting through a 40X telescope, he could see three or four "beings" moving about inside it.
