Hovered. Big flash, cop sights silent triangle with many colored lights, spotlight. rapidly to the northeast A hovering triangular object was observed. One triangle, about 40 feet across, was observed in cloudy weather by two experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) in a forest for over three minutes (Driver; Fields; Freeman; Haggin; Halstead; Lewis; Little; McCormick; McGuire; McNeill; Stanton). A noise was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky.
