Luminous crescent high in sky, descend rapidly, cone-shaped tail. 40 seconds falling leaf motion, turned red, assumed drop shape, dissolved.
An object was observed. It zig-zagged through the air. One red shifting-shape object was observed in cloudy weather by a group of experienced witnesses for over one minute (Kharkovskiy; Khmyrov; Serdyukov). Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
