Physiological effects. two on motorcycle. Electromagnetic effect: motorcycle engine died. 30m long cigar on roadside. Nocturnal light chased witnesse to the south.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One cigar-shaped object, about 150 feet across, was observed by two experienced male witnesses on a highway for over one minute (Gelo).
