Disc hovered over road ahead, driver got out of car to look. Motor sound heard, UFO had red and green lights that flared up to brilliant colors as object shot straight up. Car would not restart for 5 minutes.
A hovering object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One multi-colored disc was observed by more than three male witnesses on a highway (Burgmann). No sound was heard.
