Pecha Part 2 incident.
140 feet diameter disc-shaped object hovered 50 feet over house. Unusual appendages, electromagnetic effects. Multiple independent witnesses. two smaller objects hover over power lines, cause local blackout for 9 minutes. Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Angel hair were found. Animal reactions to the objects were reported. Multiple independent witnesses. Three domed discs, about 150 feet across, about fifty feet away, were observed in cloudy weather by four male witnesses, typical age 39, at an electric plant for 20 minutes (Arant; McGowen; Pecha). A noise was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
